Warranty, Buyer Protection & Refund Policy

Welcome to Crypto Miner India. Since cryptocurrency mining hardware involves highly specialized technology and is subject to intense market volatility, we follow strict industry-standard policies to protect both our business and our buyers. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Manufacturer Warranty

• Warranty Period: All brand-new ASIC mining hardware (Bitmain, WhatsMiner, Avalon, etc.) comes with a standard manufacturer warranty ranging from 3 to 12 months, depending on the specific product and batch.
• Fulfillment: Warranty claims are directly handled and fulfilled by the respective manufacturer’s service centers, not by Crypto Miner India.
• Void Conditions: The warranty will be immediately voided if the machine has been overclocked, modified with custom unapproved firmware, physically damaged, operated in poor environmental conditions (high dust/humidity), or damaged due to power surges and improper voltage supply.
• Claim Expenses: In the event of a warranty claim or a Dead on Arrival (DOA) situation, Crypto Miner India will assist you with the logistics process. However, all shipping charges, courier fees, custom duties, and return taxes incurred during the transit to and from the official service center must be entirely borne by the buyer.

2. Buyer Protection & Order Dispatch

• Quality Check: To ensure total transparency and buyer protection, every ready-stock machine is thoroughly tested, and its working condition, serial numbers, and physical state are documented/photographed before final packaging and dispatch.
• Transit Risk: While we partner with top-tier logistics providers, any unforeseen delays or losses during transit will be handled as per the insurance and shipping carrier’s standard policies.

3. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

• Ready Stock: Ordered items that are available in our local inventory will be processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 working days depending on the buyer’s location.
• Pre-Orders: Shipping timelines for pre-order batches vary depending on factory production schedules, international shipping availability, and customs clearance protocols. Crypto Miner India is not legally liable for delays caused by global logistics, customs hold-ups, or manufacturer delays.

4. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

• All Sales Are Final: Due to the daily fluctuations in cryptocurrency values and mining difficulty, we do not accept any returns, cancellations, modifications, or exchanges once an order is confirmed.
• Pre-Order Bookings: Advance or booking amounts paid for pre-order hardware are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.
• Exceptions: Refunds or order replacements will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as permanent product unavailability from the manufacturer’s end. Any such exception is at the sole discretion of Crypto Miner India and will be processed within 7 to 14 business days via the original payment method.

5. Limitation of Liability & Revenue Loss

• No Downtime Liability: Crypto Miner India is strictly not responsible for any loss of mining revenue, potential daily earnings, or financial damage caused during the period a machine is offline, breakdown, or undergoing repairs/warranty processing.
• Market Risk: We do not guarantee mining profitability, as coin prices, network difficulty, and electricity costs are market-driven and completely beyond our control.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

• Gorakhpur Jurisdiction: All transactions, purchases, and agreements made with Crypto Miner India are governed by Indian law. Any disputes, legal claims, or litigation arising out of or in connection with our services shall be strictly subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India only.
